Nathaly is really a newbie at the fitness center. Her muscles are so weak and she’s hired a fitness trainer to explain to her all those bizarre excercise machines there. Their collaboration appears to be faultless but her coach has to answer a telephone call. She informs Nathaly not to do anything leaves for a couple of minutes. Nathaly is impatient and decides to continue pushing the burden on the bench because nothing can fail, right? How wrong she had been! She gets exhausted quickly and the 20kg bar is lying on her chest and shes unable to push it up. She pushes really hard again and again and it’s some consequences but different than Nathaly had intended!
